Our History
Dani García is one of the Andalusian chefs with the greatest international projection. He masterfully combines local ingredients from his homeland with techniques and flavors from global cuisine. His restaurant, Smoked Room in Madrid, made its debut in the Michelin Guide by earning two stars at once, a feat no establishment had achieved since 1936.
A menu that changes and evolves with the seasons, showcasing the finest ingredients at their peak. Leading the kitchen is Chef Massimiliano Delle Vedove.
At Smoked Room Madrid, we see smoke as more than just a technique—it’s an element that enhances flavor, depth, and emotion in every dish. About Dani García
In November 2018, chef Dani García was awarded 3 Michelin stars. Just three weeks after this achievement, he announced to the world that he would close his 3-star Michelin restaurant to focus on a new and even more ambitious dream:
